Short Term Residential Treatment
Genesis Recovery offers multiple treatment program options to meet the individual needs of all our clients. The 30-day residential treatment program is designed for individuals who have a less severe addiction problem and/or time constraints that prevent them from committing to the long-term residential program.
30-day treatment is a good option for individuals who are new to recovery and have some hesitation about committing to a long term program. Many of those suffering from addiction are overwhelmed by the idea of an extensive stay at treatment, but 30 days is a short enough period of time for someone who would otherwise be unwilling to come to treatment.
Short term treatment is also a good option for parents or caregivers who are unable to leave their family members for long periods of time. Childcare and family responsibilities are often a barrier to long-term treatment commitment. In treatment, clients will learn the tools they need to deal with family and life stressors before returning home. Those who decide to get help will be better equipped to care for their loved ones after spending time away to improve their spiritual, emotional, and physical health. Sometimes, even 30 days away from family can seem daunting, but the long-term benefits always outweigh the short-term cost.
Employment situations can also be an obstacle to getting help. Some business owners and employees are only able to take off an allotted period of time. If this is the case, 30-day treatment may be the only option. We aim to provide the best possible treatment experience with what time an individual has.
The 30-day program offers the same quality of care as the long term treatment program, but at a much faster pace. Treatment includes housing, food, transportation, psychiatrist & psychologist assessments and follow-ups, individual counseling sessions, group counseling sessions, individualized treatment planning, recreational activities, outside 12-step meetings, and community events.
At Genesis Recovery, we believe that long term treatment is the best option for anyone who has been suffering from addiction for a significant amount of time. However, we understand that business, family, financial ability and other life situations may prevent someone from committing to a long term treatment. We strive to provide the most individualized care, and will help to assess the best treatment program for each of our clients.
